IrregulAB is a tool for automated irregular antibody serology analysis. It helps identify which antigens are responsible for a positive crossmatch based on antibody panel reaction patterns.

1. Load a panel

Choose one of three ways to populate the antigen table:

• Select from the dropdown — pick a panel already in the database by lot number.
• Upload a PDF — upload a manufacturer panel PDF and the table will be parsed automatically.
• Enter manually — click any cell in the table to cycle through +, 0, and nt.

2. Enter reaction results

For each cell row, enter the reaction strength (0–4) in the LISS, Enzyme, and/or Cold columns. Use the checkboxes above the table to enable only the techniques you ran.

3. Run analysis

Click Run Analysis. The tool applies LISS discard rules and identifies the minimum set of antigens that explain the observed reactions.

4. Export results

Use the Copy or Download buttons in the results panel to save the output as plain text.
